Launch of CoinPort Loyalty Points (CPP) on-chain loyalty rewards program

We’re excited to introduce CoinPort Loyalty Points (CPP) — the on-chain loyalty rewards program for the CoinPort Exchange community. CPP is now live on five public EVM blockchains: Ethereum mainnet (canonical), BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum One, Polygon, and Avalanche C-Chain — deployed on 20 May 2026.

CPP is the loyalty token you earn just by being an active CoinPort member. Trade, hold qualifying assets, refer friends, and engage with the platform — CPP accrues automatically against your CoinPort account. When you’re ready, you can redeem CPP for free airdrop allocations, trading rebates, priority support, and other member benefits.

What CPP is — and what it isn’t

CPP is a loyalty rewards token, not an investment. Here’s what that means in practice:

If you’ve been waiting to “buy CPP” — you haven’t missed anything. There’s nothing to buy. The only path in is the one that’s always been there: be a member, use the platform, earn rewards.

How you earn CPP

CPP accrues automatically against your CoinPort account through several earning channels:

Earning rates and limits are published on the CoinPort platform and may change with at least 30 days’ notice. Some channels are tier-gated to your member KYC level.

How you redeem CPP

CPP redeems for benefits within the CoinPort ecosystem:

Redemption is processed inside your CoinPort account, and the underlying CPP is permanently burned at the smart-contract level — so the on-chain supply contracts as the catalog is used.

The redemption catalog evolves over time; the current catalog is always published on the CoinPort platform.

Live on five chains

This is the bit we’re particularly proud of. CPP is deployed as the same smart contract, at the same address (0x37dAa811B668bf5d19692A7F79579B7BFaaB26A5), on five target chains:

These are sibling deployments — same address, same code, run independently on each chain. CoinPort manages the on-chain supply across all five chains, and your member CPP balance is unified across the entire program. You don’t need to think about which chain your CPP “lives on” — that’s a CoinPort operational detail.

Going multi-chain was a deliberate design choice. Each supported chain anchors CPP inside a distinct cryptocurrency ecosystem (Ethereum, BNB, Arbitrum, Polygon, Avalanche), so the loyalty program is visible and integrable from wallets, indexers, and tooling native to each one — not only Ethereum-first tooling. And because the contract is deployed at the same address on every chain, members, integrators, auditors, and block explorers can recognise CPP by a single canonical identifier regardless of which chain they’re querying, which makes tracking, reconciliation, and listing submissions materially simpler.

Built compliant from day one

CPP is operated by CoinPort Exchange Pty Ltd, a registered Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) with AUSTRAC. CPP has been designed from the start to sit alongside CoinPort’s existing AUSTRAC AML/CTF Program, with KYC-tiered earning limits, transaction monitoring, and the full set of compliance controls our regulators expect.

What’s next

The CPP launch is the start, not the finish:

Have a question about CPP? Drop us a line at [email protected], or chat to the team via in-app support. Welcome to the program.

CPP is a loyalty rewards token, not a financial product. CPP have no guaranteed cash value, are not redeemable for fiat currency, and are not offered for sale. Participation is governed by the CPP Terms & Conditions.
